We want you to love your OMNES pieces, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags. Our commitment to sustainability means we strive for a seamless, paperless return process to minimize our environmental footprint.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original sustainable packaging and ensure all garment tags are securely attached and the items are in original condition.

• 3.
  Label and Post

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
